ONLINE SHOP/PLATFORM OPERATOR

THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE
As part of our team, you’ll revolutionize our online platform’s functionality, enhancing user experience through meticulous product management, customer service excellence, and effective order and stock oversight.

RESPONSABILITIES YOU WILL HAVE

• Online platform administration (upload products, change prices, content, etc);
• Keeping in touch with the owner of the shops of the platform;
• Processing online shop orders: picking, packing, invoicing, AWB;
• Customer phone/email/chat support services;
• Resolving complaints received;
• Returns management;
• Downloading/customizing reports for customers;
• Ensuring management of incoming reviews (checking reviews before public acceptance);
• Stock monitoring.

KEY SKILLS YOU NEED

• Order processing skills in online platforms (opencart/shopify);
• Basic knowledge of PC usage (outlook, word, xls);
• Quick adaptability to own order management platforms;
• Ability to organize your work and cooperate with other team members;
• Initiative and commitment;
• Customer orientation;
• Attention to detail, observance and fairness;
