BUSINESS ANALYST

THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE

      As a Business Analyst at IV Future, you will play a key role in understanding our clients’ businesses and transforming their needs into clear software requirements.

You will work directly with customers from various industries such as Hospitality, Fitness, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, and Professional Services, helping them identify opportunities for digitalization, process automation, and AI adoption.

You will act as the bridge between clients, product teams, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure that business needs are translated into scalable and valuable software solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Meet with clients to understand how their business works, what challenges they face, and what they want to achieve.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software and AI solutions.
• Create clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for the development team.
• Work closely with clients, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of the project requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through software, automation, and AI technologies.
• Participate in defining software solutions that address client needs and business objectives.
• Support testing activities and verify that delivered functionalities meet the agreed requirements.
• Assist clients during software implementation, onboarding, and adoption.
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date.

KEY SKILLS YOU NEED

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear software requirements.
• Good communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, workflows, or business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with software products or SaaS platforms.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma.
