THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE

As a .NET Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing the applications that power our clients’ digital transformation. You will help build, optimize, and scale modern platforms, ensuring quality, stability, and performance across every component.

You will collaborate closely with our development, design, and management teams to translate business requirements into clear, efficient technical solutions. You will also contribute to improving application architecture, implementing new features, enhancing existing functionality, and adopting best practices across the development lifecycle. This role requires a hands-on, solutions-oriented professional with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

As a .NET Developer at IVFuture, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using modern technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, React, and Azure services. You will write clean, scalable code, participate in code reviews, implement best practices, and contribute to the security, reliability, and continuous evolution of our software products.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions, story refinement, and sprint planning sessions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows established standards and best practices.
• Thoroughly test your code prior to QA handoff to ensure accuracy, stability, and performance.
• Take part in peer code reviews, offering constructive, actionable feedback to the team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other developers to deliver predictable, high-quality results.
• Support debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain and update documentation for features, APIs, and software components.

KEY SKILLS YOU NEED

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET (Core through .NET 8), ASP.NET MVC, and front-end technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with Windows/IIS hosting, Azure App Services, Azure-based databases, and containerized applications (Docker).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps and/or Octopus Deploy.
• Good understanding of software design principles, architectural basics, and scalable application patterns.
• Solid debugging, testing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly within the team and to non-technical colleagues when needed.
• Team-oriented mindset, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
• Reliable, organized, and accountable for delivering quality work in a predictable manner.
